April 20 FWF

Got my April KOM in the mail last night, love these stamps and had to use them right away, so I made this card using the large bicycle background stamp and a sentiment from the "joy beyond measure" set that I got last summer at Archivers.


This week I have been working on a set of cards to give to a friends husband, so he will have cards to send to her while he is deployed for the next year, and this is one of the cards that I made for him, I am hoping to get a lot more made for him before he leaves next month.
Today I realized that there is only 96 days until Vaughn comes home, and i cannot wait until he is with us again, I have however enjoyed all the cards he has been sending me, he got lots of cards from "operation write home", and it is so much fun getting homemade cards from him.

    What a great project for your friend! I'm sure she will love receiving messages from her husband using cards you created. It will remind her how much love surrounds her!

    Great card and awesome that you are making them for your friend. Love that you have gotten cards that came from OWH, I've not heard of anyone receiving them so this is neat to hear about!
