Friends

This week I made a matching card and necklace. The stamps are from the April KOM and the paper is from the "true blue" pad from MME.

My daughters current best friend is moving to Alaska in a few weeks, so I made this for Vanessa to give her friend before she moves. It was my first attempt at making a necklace like this, and it was pretty quick, so I think that I will be making more soon.

Love to hear your comments. TFL!

  5. Cute card and lovely necklace! Sorry that your daughters BFF is moving. :( It's always so hard as kids to lose a friend to a long distance move. One nice thing about the internet and social networking is that it's much easier to keep in touch these days though and you can always make her more cute cards to send to Alaska!

  10. Did you use a punch and set thingie to make the necklace? Mine doesn't cut through much and yours looks so cleanly done! This is a very special gift!
